The open-plan downstairs used to house the old pub’s bar - look at the floor and you can see the ghost of its imprint. These days it’s a huge kitchen/living/entertaining space.

In a house like this, we think being able to cook like you’re at home is hugely important - so we’ve made sure the kitchen has top quality implements, sharp knives, and all the crockery you could ever need. Two ovens and a big gas range mean that cooking for a full house is easy.

The living area has big sofas, a wood-burning stove for those chilly evenings, and a large TV.

The dining table transforms into a pool table for a proper homage to the old pub.
